Your SFA charges

SFA charges are dependent on the type and band of your property. You will also have to pay Contributions in Lieu of Council Tax, as well as charges for a garage (if you are allocated one) and furniture.

All charges are at a daily rate and are paid monthly in arrears. For example, any charges relating to August will be deducted from your August Statement of Earnings (SoE) at the end of the month.

When you move in or move out of a property, charges are adjusted accordingly and will be reflected in your next SOE, depending on the pay run dates.
