Larkhill Office Drop-In: 18th November – 11th December

This initiative aims to provide the community with direct access to our team, offering a supportive environment to discuss any issues or concerns you may have.

Chest of drawers with batch number 1014SDO have been recalled.
This recall has been initiated due to a counterweight problem which may cause the item to tip forward if multiple drawers are open at the same time. We are working on identifying which families have had items from this batch delivered to them. Families affected will be contacted regards organising an exchange for a new item. No chest of drawers will be issued until the fault is rectified in full.

Boiler Faults in Extreme Cold Temperatures
During extreme cold weather the condense pipe to your boiler can begin to freeze inside. This ice builds up within the pipe eventually resulting in a blockage. In most cases this then results in the boiler not working.

Impact of increase of cost of living for Service personnel and families living in Service Family Accommodation (SFA)
The Government’s Energy Bills Support Scheme will deliver a £400 non-repayable discount to eligible households, including SFA on a civilian fuel supply, to help with energy bills from October 2022.

Pinnacle embarks on landmark MOD accommodation services contract
TODAY marks the official start of Pinnacle Group’s contract to deliver National Accommodation Management Services (NAMS) for 49,000 Service Family Accommodation (SFA) homes across the UK, on behalf of the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO). The high-quality customer services will be delivered by a specialist division – known as Pinnacle Service Families. The contract is for seven years, with an option to extend for up to three years.
